Your tasks - our position ##

• Care of outpatient and inpatient emergency patients under supervision
• Possibility for training for the interdisciplinary focus on clinical emergency medicine SGNOR and comprehensive insight into acute medicine with a very broad spectrum of patients
• Sound ultrasound training (FA Sonography Abdomen, FA POCUS: thorax sonography, basic emergency sonography, echocardiography; participation in internal ultrasound courses) as well as numerous continuing education opportunities (trauma room simulations according to ATLS and ACLS, skills training and more)
• Possibility to participate in rescue missions preclinically
• Possibility of rotation in anesthesia, intensive care medicine & emergency practice
• New continuing education concept according to SIWF and SGNOR specifications with an additional internal continuing education day per month; integration of EPAs.
• Integration into the emergency team consisting of NF senior physicians, rotation assistant physicians and rotation senior physicians, emergency nursing and medical students
• Assistance in the supervision of medical students

Your skills - our requirements ##

• The position is aimed at candidates for the focus on clinical emergency medicine, but also at experienced assistant physicians with the career goal of general practitioner practice
• At least one year of clinical experience in the field of internal medicine, preferably additional experience in surgery, emergency medicine, intensive care medicine or orthopedics
• Great interest in acute medicine
• Committed personality with motivation and initiative for significant contribution to the further development of our emergency station in a changing environment
• Fluent language skills in German or French (spoken/written). Good knowledge of the respective other language at least level B2
