Are you an experienced specialist in the OR area and looking for a new challenge in a dynamic environment? As a Dipl. Fachfrau/Fachmann Operationstechnik HF, you will take on a leading role in the operating room and contribute significantly to the smooth running of surgical procedures. Your tasks – responsibility in the operating room

• Professional preparation of the operating rooms, instruments and materials for surgical procedures
• Instrumentation and assisting during operative procedures in various specialist fields
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and sterilization regulations for patient safety
• Ensuring an optimal workflow in the OR in close cooperation with female surgeons, male surgeons and the OR team
• Postoperative follow-up of the operating room and professional documentation of the measures carried out
• Care and support of female and male patients before, during and after the operation

Your profile – technical competence and organizational talent

• Completed training as Dipl. Fachfrau/Fachmann Operationstechnik HF
• Experience in the OR area is an advantage, but not mandatory
• High level of concentration, precision and resilience in demanding situations
• Ability to work in a team and interprofessional thinking for smooth cooperation in the OR
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
