• You ensure professional and expert care of our residents based on the nursing process.
• You undertake the holistic care and support of our residents, even in complex and demanding situations.
• You document the nursing services provided carefully and professionally and interpret relevant observations and changes.
• After a systematic induction phase, you assume daily responsibility and coordinate the resulting nursing tasks.
• You assume the technical leadership and guidance of the employees and ensure constructive and appreciative cooperation within the team.
