For an acute care hospital in the Schwyz region, we are looking for a Registered Nurse HF/FH with a workload of 60 to 100 % for a temporary assignment, starting immediately or by arrangement.

In addition to care following surgical procedures, the care of people with acute and complex clinical pictures is also part of the daily work routine. As a temporary Registered Nurse HF/FH, you will strengthen the existing nursing team and take responsibility for the individual care and support of the patients. You can specifically contribute your previous experience, get to know a new hospital environment, and expand your expertise. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take over the individual care and support of patients with various acute and complex clinical pictures and respond to their personal needs
• The planning, implementation, and evaluation of the entire nursing process is your responsibility, whereby you professionally determine nursing measures and adapt them to the respective health status
• You carry out medical-technical and therapeutic measures independently and responsibly, recognize health changes early, and carefully document the course of care
• Together with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other professional groups, you ensure professional patient care and a reliable exchange of information in the interprofessional team

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF/FH or, in the case of a foreign degree, the corresponding SRK recognition
• Professional experience in acute care as well as confidence in dealing with different clinical pictures and demanding nursing situations
