Certified Nursing Specialist Neurology (m/f/d)

Our client is a renowned health institute in the Basel region, distinguished by high medical competence and modern treatment concepts. The neurology department cares for patients in the acute and rehabilitation phases, relying on holistic nursing as well as interprofessional cooperation according to the principles of Lean Management. To strengthen the motivated nursing team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH Neurology, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Deriving individual nursing needs and determining action plans
• Implementing the planned nursing measures with FaGe and PA
• Continuous evaluation of the entire nursing process
• Supporting and advising patients and relatives
• Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines
• Collaborating in continuous improvement processes in Lean Management
• Supporting the vocational trainers in the training of apprentices

Your profile

• Diploma in health and nursing care HF or FH
• Professional experience in the field of acute medicine and rehabilitation
• Communicative and independent personality with enjoyment of working with people
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of multidisciplinary cooperation
• Customer orientation and conflict management skills
• Business-oriented thinking
