Respectful and committed with head, heart and hand - that is what sumia stands for. In our senior center in Sumiswald, we offer 130 residents a personal and safe home in the rural Emmental. Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers are committed daily with passion to the well-being of our residents.

Your area of activity

• Participation in the professionally competent nursing and care of 22 residents
• Assumption of diverse activities in both independent and delegated areas
• Participation in the further development of the nursing and care sector

Your profile

• Completed training as Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA, Pflegeassistent/in or Pflegehelfer/in SRK
• Empathic and motivated personality with a flair for dealing with older people
• Willingness to support each other in the team and to learn from one another
