Veterinary dentistry is your passion, and you want to live it in a specialized environment. In the Thun area, Canton Bern, we are looking for a Veterinary Dental Assistant TDA or a Veterinary Dental Assistant TDA at a workload of 50 – 100 % starting immediately or by arrangement. In a modern veterinary medicine environment with high professional competence and modern infrastructure, you will accompany dental patients and specifically contribute your special interest in veterinary dentistry. What awaits you in this responsible task

• Focused deployment in the field of veterinary dentistry
• Assistance with dental procedures and treatments
• Carrying out dental diagnostics such as dental X-rays
• Preparation, care, and organization of dental instruments
• Administrative tasks in the dental specialty area including appointment organization and material orders
• Support in daily practice routine according to TPA standard profile
• Care of patients and pet owners in daily clinic life
• Collaboration in a modern and specialized veterinary medicine environment

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Veterinary Practice Assistant EFZ / Veterinary Practice Assistant EFZ
• Ideally an additional qualification as a Veterinary Dental Assistant TDA / Veterinary Dental Assistant TDA or willingness to complete this further training
• Special interest in veterinary dentistry
• Independent, careful, and responsible way of working
• Teamwork skills, empathy, and professional interaction with pet owners
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to work occasional evening and weekend shifts
