Your tasks
Professional and individual care and support of the residents on the conceptual basis of the model of promoting process care
Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures while complying with the criteria of the nursing process and involving the affected residents and their contact persons
Co-shaping of an optimal interdisciplinary cooperation with all those involved in the nursing and care process
Assumption of shift responsibility in the department as well as house responsibility
Careful and complete maintenance of the nursing documentation
Exact recording of nursing and care services as well as the nursing and consumable materials used
Implementation of the educational concepts and the framework curricula in the residential area
Accompanying, supporting and assessing learners from the professions FaGe and AGS
What you bring with you
Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional (HF, FH, AKP, DNII, DNI, PSYKP) or an equivalent diploma recognized by the SRK
Experience as a Berufsbildner/in and ideally vocational pedagogical further training (Berufsbildnerkurs, SVEB or similar)
Experience in long-term care and in dealing with elderly people
User knowledge of the software CareCoach (nursing documentation) is an advantage
Empathic and resilient personality with a high level of commitment
Very good written and spoken German skills
