Healthcare Assistant Day Shift 50-80 (m/f/d)

To strengthen the team in the adult psychiatry area, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Healthcare Assistant in the day shift (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Care and support of patients
• Supporting the wards in everyday life
• Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
• Co-shaping the therapeutic milieu of the ward
• Creating a safe and calm atmosphere
• Accompanying people in crisis situations
• Showing understanding for psychological and somatic problems
• Carrying out flexible assignments on different wards

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Assistant with SRK recognition
• Interest in the psychiatric specialist field
• Empathic and open interaction with patients
• Team-oriented and communicative, prudent personality
• Ability to make independent decisions in the interest of the patient
• High flexibility and sense of responsibility for assignments
• Willingness for assignments on different wards
