Introduction

For a modern and patient-oriented medical practice in the Baselland region, we are looking for an engaged and warm personality as a Medical Practice Assistant, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Reception and care of patients
• Appointment scheduling and coordination of consultations
• Telephone and written correspondence
• Administrative activities and management of patient files
• Assistance during consultations
• Performance of laboratory work and diagnostic examinations
• Taking X-ray images
• General organizational support for the practice team

Profile

• Completed training as Medizinische Praxisassistentin EFZ / Medizinischer Praxisassistent EFZ
• Alternatively, training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or a comparable medical training with a valid X-ray certificate (mandatory)
• Professional experience in a medical practice is an advantage
• Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented appearance
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
