YOUR TASKS ##

• Administrative processing of patient registrations according to the respective valid specifications and guidelines
• Planning of the surgery/intervention appointment, as well as the required bed space
• Coordination and accommodation of inpatient emergency patients
• Processing of reports and medical documents
• Ensuring the flow of information with upstream and downstream departments
• Contact with our attending physicians, medical practices, female and male patients, as well as internal and other external departments

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Basic medical training related to surgery / nursing, as well as basic knowledge of the insurance system (OKP, VVG, UVG)
• Professional experience from the medical or medico-technical field (nursing/OPS/medical practice) as well as experience in administration
• Organizational talent even under difficult conditions, as well as an exact, independent, and efficient way of working even under time pressure
• High service orientation, communication competence, and assertiveness, as well as very good IT user skills
• You enjoy working in a team and see yourself as a team player
