To reinforce our Support Team in the area of Central Services & ICT, we are looking for you in Solothurn / Olten starting immediately or by arrangement as

Your tasks:

• First point of contact for inquiries from patients, doctors, Spitex and clinics
• Support for the advisory team in all administrative matters regarding home therapy
• Recording of medical prescriptions and checking of cost approvals
• Clarifications and correspondence with health insurance companies
• Coordination of orders, deliveries and appointments for oxygen and sleep apnea devices as well as their accessories
• Preparation of invoicing and monitoring of open items
• Independent management of the electronic patient dossier

Your profile:

• Qualification as MPA, FaGe or Nursing Specialist HF or a comparable training in the healthcare sector
• Preferably commercial further education or experience in administration
• Knowledge of medical billing and dealing with health insurance companies is an advantage
• You maintain an overview even on hectic days and work precisely and independently
• You communicate friendly and confidently, both on the phone and in writing
• Good PC skills and interest in digital processes
• Specialist knowledge of lung and respiratory diseases is an advantage, or the motivation to acquire this.
