Your tasks

• You help shape everyday life, the activation offer, and the socio-cultural events and carry out the activities
• You support and accompany our residents
• You work with external partners
• You work interdisciplinary with all areas in the house

What you bring with you

• Further training as a specialist in activation and everyday life design
• Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of working with older people
• Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office skills are an advantage
• Resilience, flexibility, independence, and creativity are natural for you
• You are an organizational talent and strive to design everyday life efficiently
