• Care, support, and accompaniment of our patients during the night
• Ensuring safety, orientation, and stability in challenging situations
• Observation of the psychological and somatic health status as well as initiation of appropriate measures
• Independent organization and coordination of the night shift
• Close interprofessional cooperation with the professionals on duty from medicine, psychology, and nursing
• Professional nursing documentation and transfer of information

Profile

• Degree as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• Interest in geriatric psychiatry and in working with older people
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• High social competence, empathy, and resilience
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
• Professional experience in psychiatry or geriatric psychiatry is an advantage
