Job Description ##

• professional care, accompaniment and nursing of 7 residents with cognitive or multiple impairments in daily residential group life and in leisure activities
• care, support, accompaniment and promotion according to individual needs.
• domestic and administrative tasks (participation in team meetings, key worker work, etc.)

Requirements Profile ##

• Completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ.
• Experience in the care and support of people with support needs
• Empathy, patience and high social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications
• Willingness for flexible working hours and weekend services
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
