We are looking for several passionate and motivated Assistant(e)s in community nursing and healthcare (M/F/All) for occasional temporary missions as well as for longer-term engagements, to start immediately or as convenient.

Profile sought

• Holder of a CFC as assistant in community nursing and healthcare
• Dynamic, involved, autonomous and responsible person
• Minimum one year of experience in acute care (mandatory)
• Mastery of French orally and in writing
• Availability for varied missions in different services according to needs

Your responsibilities

• Monitor the health status of patients and report any anomaly
• Work in pairs with a nurse
• Execute the care and monitoring delegated by the nursing staff
• Participate in the implementation of care defined by the medical team
• Contribute to the well-being of patients and the overall quality of care
• Ensure reliable handovers to guarantee the continuity of information
• Be quickly available for day and/or night shifts
