For a hospital in the Luzerner Hinterland, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (60-100 %) for a temporary assignment. A professional acute environment awaits you, where you can directly apply your previous experience and at the same time get to know new processes and ways of working. Together with nursing, medical staff, and other specialist departments, you will ensure well-coordinated care for the patients.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Accompany patients from admission to discharge and assume nursing responsibility during their stay
• Assess the current state of health and derive the appropriate nursing measures from it
• Perform demanding nursing and medical-technical activities professionally
• Specifically contribute your observations during rounds and in exchange with medical staff as well as other specialist departments

You offer your new employer:

• You have a diploma as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a corresponding SRK recognition
• You already bring experience from an acute hospital and can apply your expertise directly in the assignment
• You maintain an overview even in changing situations and make sound nursing decisions
