Dipl. Physiotherapeut:in with specialist management function 80-100% | Physioswiss

Job Description ##

Are you a physio with passion, have gathered a few years of experience, and feel like taking on more responsibility? Then you are a top addition to our team! From January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a physio (m/f/d) with a specialist management function who not only enjoys the profession but also likes to think ahead, help shape things - and can provide specialist support to a team.

What we offer you:

• A cheerful, young and top-trained therapist team
• Generous salary conditions with annual adjustment and bonus
• Modern infrastructure with EGYM, Sensopro and high-tech measuring devices
• Exclusive team events and regular internal exchange rounds
• Fixedly planned admin times and, of course, shared Znünipausen
• Extensive internal/external continuing education offers with time/cost participation
• Free coffee, tea, mate and healthy snacks - logically!

What we expect from you:

• Completed Master's or CAS education with SRK recognition
• Several years of professional experience and a good sense for people and teams
• Initial leadership experience or the clear motivation to develop yourself into this role
• You undertake specialist mentoring, pass on your knowledge and remain curious yourself
• Close exchange with doctors and other specialist areas is a matter of course for you

In addition to your therapeutic activity, you take on specialist responsibility: You are a contact person in the team, help to further develop internal standards, and contribute your know-how where it is needed. Always with the goal that everyone - team, patients, operation - develops further.

Does this suit you? Then get in touch with us in an uncomplicated way! A CV is not necessary for the beginning - just send us a few lines via email to [email protected] about why you are interested in this position. We look forward to meeting you!
