For a temporary assignment in a rehabilitation clinic in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with a workload of 60 to 100 %. You accompany patients after illnesses, interventions, or health changes on their way back to as much independence as possible. In doing so, you combine professional nursing with targeted promotion and work closely with various specialist departments towards individual rehabilitation goals.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• You design nursing care so that existing abilities are specifically promoted and patients regain as much independence as possible
• You plan, control, and evaluate the individual nursing process independently and align your measures with the agreed rehabilitation goals
• You carry out medical-technical and therapeutic measures safely within your competencies and observe health developments attentively
• You work closely with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, doctors, and other specialist departments and actively contribute your nursing perspective to the rehabilitation

You offer your new employer:

• You have a diploma as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH or, in the case of a foreign degree, the corresponding SRK recognition
• You are interested in rehabilitative and resource-oriented nursing and enjoy actively involving people in their recovery process
• You work independently and structured, can professionally assess developments, and enjoy taking responsibility for the nursing process
• Patience, motivation, and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation help you to professionally accompany even longer development processes
