Your tasks at the new employer:

• Responsibility for individual care planning, implementation, and evaluation of the care process
• Professional assessment and accompaniment of residents with different, sometimes complex, care needs
• Coordination of nursing measures as well as cooperation with doctors, relatives, and other specialists
• Support of the nursing team and ensuring careful nursing documentation

• Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a corresponding SRK recognition
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in long-term care
