L-Hôpital Riviera-Chablais, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital, which brings together more than 2-500 employees. The Centre hospitalier de Rennaz has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two geriatric and rehabilitation clinics as well as two medical outpatient centers. In order to complete our physiotherapy team at the Monthey site, we are looking for an indefinite position for a:

Physiotherapist M/F between 60 and 80 %, with experience in the field of geriatric rehabilitation.

The main missions of this position are ###

• Ensure the quality and continuity of inpatient therapies in the geriatric and rehabilitation clinic
• Actively participate in the organization of work and the smooth running of the department's activities.
• Collaborate in the supervision and evaluation of students and new employees
• Contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork
• Promote and enhance physiotherapy within and outside the institution

We require ###

• A Bachelor of Science HES-SO in physiotherapy or a title deemed equivalent
• Full recognition from the Croix-Rouge Suisse for foreign titles (files without recognition will not be considered).
• A major interest in geriatric rehabilitation.
• A modern and evolving vision of physiotherapy in a hospital setting, with an interest in the development of practices.
• Good interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and the desire to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Good knowledge of IT tools
