STB Personal AG has been successfully active in the Swiss personnel market since 2019 and recruits qualified specialists in various industries. For our clients in the field of long-term care, we are looking for motivated and committed Healthcare Specialists EFZ for nursing and care homes.

Your tasks:

• Professional care and support of the residents
• Performance of basic care and treatment care according to qualification and care planning
• Support with personal hygiene, nutrition and mobilization
• Promotion of independence and maintenance of quality of life
• Observation of the health status and forwarding of relevant changes
• Documentation of nursing services
• Cooperation with nursing professionals, doctors and relatives
• Co-shaping a respectful and appreciative daily care routine

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Empathy and joy in caring for older people
• Responsible, reliable and team-oriented way of working
• Independence and resilience in daily care
• Readiness for shift and weekend services depending on the operating company

Working regions:

• Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the operating company.
