Your tasks

• Independent care, counseling, and support of female and male patients with urological diseases.
• Assistance with urological examinations and outpatient procedures such as cystoscopies, biopsies, and catheter changes.
• Implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical prescription.
• Professional preparation and follow-up of examinations as well as ensuring hygiene and quality standards.
• Coordination of outpatient clinics and interprofessional cooperation with the medical service and other specialist departments.
• Ensuring seamless nursing documentation as well as guidance and counseling of female and male patients in dealing with their disease.

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland.
• Professional experience in the outpatient sector or in urology is an advantage.
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working as well as strong organizational talent.
• High patient orientation, empathy, and joy in interacting with people.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality with good communication skills.
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation as well as readiness to develop professionally and personally.
