In order to be able to execute the increasing number of orders, we are currently expanding our site in Bubendorf with what will be the globally most modern peptide and oligonucleotide production building. As part of the Bachem Group, you will make your individual contribution to the manufacture of life-saving active ingredients.

We are looking for a Group Leader in the analytical GMP environment. In this varied and interdisciplinary function, the main task consists of the leadership and development of a competent and committed team. Excellent analytical know-how and outstanding leadership qualities form your basis for successful impact. As a strategically thinking leader, you actively shape the development of your team. You bear responsibility for the correct and timely processing of batch releases, validations, and stability analyses. Through particularly strong perception and process understanding, you are able to embed your own task into the overarching context and to prioritize meaningfully in the event of scheduling conflicts. In addition, you are actively involved in the continuous improvement of workflows and processes.

Your profile:

• Completed scientific studies or a comparably well-founded analytical basic training
• Several years of leadership experience in an industrial, pharmaceutical environment
• Proven expertise in (U)HPLC analytics in the GMP environment
• Pronounced service mentality and a modern understanding of structures
• Sound understanding of compliance in the analytical GMP environment and the underlying regulations (USP, Ph. Eur.)
• Committed leadership personality who enjoys working with people
• Communicative and well-structured organizational talent
• Exemplifying a progressive empowerment and innovation culture
• Business fluent German and English skills
