Simulation Technician at 80%

Job Description L'Hôpital du Valais is looking for a: Simulation Technician at 80% Contribute to the development of professional skills through simulation. Within the Centre de formation, you play a key role in the preparation, implementation, and smooth running of simulation activities. As a true partner to trainers, you put your technical, organizational, and logistical skills at the service of a high-performance and secure learning environment. Location DG & Centre de Services / SIERRE Sector Human resources Occupation rate 80% Application deadline Your mission: * Ensure the coordination and preparation of rooms, equipment, and infrastructure necessary for simulation activities; * program, configure, and operate simulators, mannequins, and audiovisual equipment; * guarantee the proper functioning, upkeep, and first-level maintenance of technical, IT, and audiovisual equipment; * manage the equipment, stocks, and consumables necessary for the department's activities; * support trainers and users in the technical implementation of simulation scenarios; * ensure the technical and logistical coordination of services as well as the reception of participants; * participate in continuous improvement, development projects, and the integration of new simulation technologies. Your profile: * Recognized tertiary training in the field of health, technology, or an equivalent field; * professional experience in the health field; * training in simulation; the DU Santé parcours Spécialiste des techniques et de l'enseignement par simulation is an asset or a willingness to undertake it; * good knowledge of IT, audiovisual, and digital tools; * ease in using and learning various technologies; * sense of organization, autonomy, and the ability to manage several activities simultaneously; * spirit of initiative, solution orientation, and interest in innovation; * excellent interpersonal skills and pleasure in collaborating with professionals from different backgrounds; * manual dexterity, creativity, and the ability to solve technical problems and develop suitable practical solutions.
