What awaits you with us?

• Responsibility for learning guidance as well as the design and evaluation of the training of students and apprentices (HF, FH and FaGe) in the department
• Close cooperation with the students in learning and working groups as well as ensuring holistic and professional nursing and care of our female and male patients
• Accompanying, promoting, and supporting apprentices and students of the health professions (Pflege HF, FH and FaGe) in everyday training
• Design of individual learning processes and promotion of the professional and personal development of the apprentices and students
• Planning and coordination of the different forms of learning in close cooperation with the department management and the educational officer

What do you bring with you?

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH as well as professional experience in the acute care sector
• Independent, responsible, and resilient personality with high social and professional competence
• Enthusiasm for the training of future professionals as well as pedagogical further education (SVEB I, CAS) or the readiness to complete these
• Joy in taking responsibility together with the interdisciplinary team for patient-oriented and professional nursing
• Pronounced sense of responsibility as well as very good communicative skills
• Motivation, specialist knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm for the nursing profession to pass on to apprentices and students
