The Regionale Pflegezentrum Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer specialized professional nursing and care to our residents of all ages in various areas of competence. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernized through new construction and renovations and is being supplemented with 86 new senior apartments. Our dementia department currently has space for 72 and in the future for 170 residents. The nursing departments are operated according to the 3-worlds model by Dr. Christoph Held -- with the goal of providing every person with dementia with an environment in which they feel at home. For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a professionally competent, reliable, and committed personality as a nursing expert focusing on dementia (w/m/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. The function is organizationally anchored in RPB as <<Fachexperte Pflege>>. Nursing Expert Dementia (w/m/d), 80 - 100 % This is how you will support us: * You take professional responsibility for the further development and ensuring of evidence-based care in the dementia department * You contribute your clinical expertise in complex and challenging nursing situations, advise the nursing teams, and develop individual solution approaches together with them, taking ethical questions into account * You accompany and evaluate the implementation of the nursing process considering the 3-worlds model and promote person-centered nursing and care for people with dementia * You strengthen the professional competence of the nursing staff through targeted coaching, practical training, and the moderation of interprofessional case discussions * You actively help shape interprofessional cooperation and work closely with the department heads, the Head of Nursing, and the Head of the Nursing Staff * You check the effectiveness of nursing measures, analyze nursing-relevant quality indicators, and derive improvement measures from them This is how you can convince us: * You have completed training as a Dipl.
