La Résidence des Diablerets is a medico-social establishment, whose mission is of a geriatric and compatible psycho-geriatric type. With a capacity of 22 beds, it hosts elderly residents for long and short stays and has a temporary reception center. In order to complete the nursing team, we are looking for: a Red Cross Health Care Assistant at 80% Your profile: Holder of the Red Cross health care assistant certificate mandatory. Benefit of experience in geriatric psychiatry (an asset). Interest in the elderly. Dynamic, enthusiastic, rigorous person. You show flexibility - day shifts, evening, and two weekends per month. Geographical proximity to les Diablerets or desire to settle there. Your main tasks: Accompany residents in ADLs (activities of daily living: hygiene, nutrition, mobilization, monitoring, safety and comfort for residents); Participate in individual and group animations; Perform basic and comfort care; Collaborate with other services.
