Your tasks

• Professional, individual care and support according to established nursing guidelines
• Respectful and loving accompaniment of the residents, with their dignity and self-determination at the center
• Participation in reports, team meetings, and further training
• Ensuring complete, professional, and differentiated care
• Nursing documentation in Care Coach
• Active participation in RAI assessment
• Taking over daily or shift responsibility

What you bring with you

• Training as a Healthcare Specialist as well as professional experience, preferably in long-term care
• You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and enjoy passing on your knowledge to colleagues and trainees
• You are independent, competent, and active thinking is important to you
• Empathic accompaniment of the residents is as natural to you as effective work organization and appreciative cooperation in the team
• Ideally, you already bring knowledge in RAI/RUG and CareCoach
• Good oral and written German skills
