Your tasks with us
Holistic nursing and care of patients with complex, incurable and progressive diseases during the night
Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the individual nursing process
Recognizing, assessing and treating distressing symptoms in interprofessional cooperation
Promotion and maintenance of the best possible quality of life taking into account the individual needs, values and wishes of the patients
Accompanying relatives during the illness as well as in the dying phase and support in the farewell process
Ensuring high-quality nursing care as well as compliance with guidelines, standards and hygiene measures
Active participation in interprofessional reports, case discussions, supervisions and continuing education
Reflection of one's own actions as well as continuous professional and personal development
