3R is the leader in local medical imaging in Switzerland with 20 radiology centers located in the cantons of Valais, Vaud, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Geneva, Bern and Zürich, to which 30 digital radiology installations operated in partnership with general medicine practices (radiology branches) are associated.

Your mission

As the first point of contact for patients and prescribers, you ensure a warm and professional welcome, the administrative management of medical files as well as the coordination of appointments within the center.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome, inform and orient patients with a service-oriented attitude, managing difficult situations with diplomacy and empathy
• Ensure the telephone reception of the center and via the group Call Center, schedule examinations and manage agendas
• Create, complete and update patients' computer files via Xplore
• Check the compliance of files (LAMal, LAA, AI insurance data), perform the necessary follow-ups
• Ensure billing and collection via EOpale by applying the TARDOC tariff bases
• Verify the secure sending of medical reports to prescribers and manage any corrections
• Participate in the integration of new collaborators and in the continuous improvement of services

Profile sought

Your profile

• Medical secretary diploma or a title deemed equivalent (CFC of commercial employee accepted)
• Proven experience in medical secretarial work, ideally in radiology
• Excellent oral and written expression, active listening, sense of service and welcome
• Mastery of IT tools; knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system (LAMal, LAA, AI)
• Autonomy, organization, flexibility and team spirit
• Discretion and strict sense of confidentiality
