Who we are

At ZENTRUM RÄMISMÜHLE, we care for around 100 residents in a familial and nature-oriented environment in the Tösstal. Our team of over 130 employees ensures that people feel safe, respected, and at home with us.

In addition, ZENTRUM RÄMISMÜHLE includes a hotel and seminar operation, around 50 rental apartments, a warehouse, two children's playgrounds, a fire pit, and our animal enclosures for alpacas, pygmy goats, mini pigs, and rabbits.

Your tasks

• Care and support of our residents in everyday life
• Implementation of basic and treatment care
• Support with medical measures
• Documentation in the electronic nursing system
• Cooperation in the interprofessional team; PEX
• Co-designing an appreciative and respectful care culture

• Training as a Healthcare Specialist
• Recognized diploma in Switzerland
• Joy in working with older people
• Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
