Registered Nurse Private Ward 40 - 100% Luzern

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will work on an interdisciplinary private ward and care for patients from various specialties. Together with colleagues, you will take responsibility in the nursing process, recognize clinical changes early, and carry out diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical prescription. The permanent position is to be filled by agreement with a workload of 40 to 100 %.

What to expect in this role

• Holistic care and support of patients on an interdisciplinary private ward
• Independent planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process
• Early recognition of clinical changes and initiation of appropriate nursing measures
• Implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical prescription
• Close cooperation with doctors and other specialists
• Accompanying and supporting apprentices and students in everyday nursing practice

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, DN II
• Professional competence in direct patient care
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Very good German skills for patient care, documentation, and interprofessional cooperation
