FOR OUR CMS DES SPÉCIALISTES, WE ARE RECRUITING A: Diabetes Nurse at 20%
YOUR MISSION

• Support for the client during newly diagnosed diabetes
• Management of unstable situations and occurrence of complications
• Supervision of employees for support with specific, complex care
• Working within an engaged team and collaborating transversally with multidisciplinary teams.
• Training CMS teams on protocols and equipment
• Managing administrative tasks related to your function

YOUR PROFILE

• HES nursing degree (or recognized by CRS)
• Certificate of capacity as a diabetes nurse or federal diploma in diabetes
• Proven experience in clinical diabetes
• Experience in project management or therapeutic education is an asset
• Comfortable in the field, autonomous and versatile
• Having good negotiation skills
• Sense of contact, empathy and spirit of initiative
• Marked interest in home care
• Flexible and able to adapt to various situations
• Driver's license indispensable (personal vehicle desired)
