In rehabilitation, the focus is not only on today's care needs, but always also on what should become possible again. For an institution, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) for a temporary assignment. You accompany patients across several stages and experience their development from up close. Nursing, medicine, and therapy interlock, making your daily work professionally particularly versatile.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• You accompany patients through various rehab phases and align the care with their current possibilities and goals
• What is built up in physio, ergo, and other therapies, you incorporate into everyday nursing care and support the transfer into everyday situations
• You assess nursing developments, adjust measures accordingly, and keep an eye on the further course
• Together with medicine, therapy, and nursing, you ensure that the different measures interlock meaningfully

You offer your new employer:

• You already have your diploma as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or a corresponding SRK recognition in your pocket
• Rehab experience is an advantage, but not a must, if you already bring nursing experience and are interested in this specialist field
• You enjoy following developments over a longer period of time and accompanying patients on their way
• Working together instead of alongside each other suits you and you actively contribute your nursing perspective to the exchange with therapy and medicine
