Healthcare Professional 60/80 %

The Alters- und Pflegewohngruppe Dornach offers 34 mentally ill people aged 50 and over a loving home with comprehensive support around the clock.

In our two houses, the historic Haus Engel and the Haus Felicitas, we care for our residents with heart, respect and empathy. We attach great importance to self-determination, appreciation and personal freedom, so that every person may live with us as they are.

Healthcare Professional 60/80 %

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and qualified healthcare professional with a workload of 60/80 % as of 01. February 2027 or by arrangement (earlier possible). Workloads outside of this framework can also be requested.

There is the possibility to take on certain activities in the field of vocational training.

Your tasks:

• Professional nursing and care of our residents, taking their individual needs into account
• Taking on daily responsibility, work organization, domestic activities and passive night standby
• Professional cooperation with medical services, legal guardians and relatives

What you should bring with you:

• Completed training as a healthcare professional or equivalent training
• Joy in working with people with behavioral issues and older people
• Sense of responsibility, creativity, flexibility and humor
