As the non-profit foundation RaJoVita, we ensure integrated healthcare in the city of Rapperswil-Jona with our over 350 employees in Spitex, the day center, as well as our care centers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a

Healthcare Specialist, 70-100% (Spitex)

Your tasks

• You provide independent care and make a professional contribution to the well-being of clients at home
• You support the case-managing nursing specialist and take on responsibility as a reference person
• You are significantly involved in ensuring regulated cooperation with all services involved in the care mandate, both internal and external

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe)
• With your empathetic and appreciative manner, you accompany older people as well as people with dementia professionally and sensitively
• You enjoy working independently, take on responsibility, and appreciate a varied everyday working life
• Open, respectful, and appreciative communication is a matter of course for you
• You are open to digital ways of working and enjoy working with modern aids as well as paperless documentation
