Val Fleuri, lieu de vie (EMS) is a medicalized residence of 208 beds that welcomes people weakened by age and illness. Our nursing, hospitality, dietary, administration, socio-cultural animation and social reception services are formed of multidisciplinary teams, of committed, qualified and trained professionals who surround our elders in an adapted, secure and pleasant structure. In this setting, we offer many activities for the residents.

In accordance with the project of our establishment and its values, we are looking for our Care sector, as soon as possible :

A COMMUNITY HEALTH AND CARE ASSISTANT AT 100%

Your mission :

• Provide adapted and personalized basic care and hygiene to residents and contribute, under the responsibility of the nurses, to the development of the quality of care ;
• Ensure care in its entirety, including basic care and hygiene, for a group of residents ;
• Perform the treatments and medico-technical acts that fall within your competence, respecting the safety, comfort of the residents, and the current hygiene and asepsis rules ;
• Promote the integration of residents into the social life of the establishment and develop quality relationships with them and their entourage ;
• Participate in the life of the team, in its organization and work in interdisciplinarity with the other sectors of the establishment ;
• Communicate and transmit all useful information for the care of the resident ;
• Participate in the supervision of trainees, apprentices.

Your profile :

• You hold a CFC as an assistant in community health and care (ASSC) preferably obtained as part of an apprenticeship in a company or dual at school full-time;
• You perfectly master spoken-read-written French ;
• You have proven experience in an institution with elderly people ;
• You have a capacity and interest in accompanying people with cognitive disorders or in palliative care ;
• You master IT tools and have knowledge for the computerized resident file (Sadies) ;
• You are dynamic and autonomous within the framework of the responsibilities delegated to you ;
• You maintain relationships marked by respect and understanding and you have a positive and collaborative attitude within the teams.

Establishment open 365j/year - work on weekends and public holidays.
