We have lived here for many years, many of us for almost our whole lives. In a pavilion in the middle of the Wagerenhof grounds, we, five residents, rely on the employees of our residential group to accompany us in everyday life. In our daily lives, we need clear structures through recurring processes and rituals, as well as close support on a relational level, which provides us with security and stability. Nevertheless, we can react unexpectedly emotionally and require calm and understanding support through benevolent setting of boundaries.

The Stiftung Wagerenhof (affectionately called "Wagi") in Uster has been a lasting home for around 250 people with multiple, cognitive impairments for over 100 years and offers supported workplaces for over 50 employees with support needs. We are a recognized, non-profit institution with a social mandate. With a needs-oriented range of residential and care places as well as various daily and leisure activities, we promote the quality of life, participation, and self-determination of our residents. Among the special features of the Wagerenhof are its size and village character, which enables space for encounter. • Completion as a Specialist in Care (FaBe) EFZ
• Experience in supporting people with disabilities with challenging behavior
• Independent way of working and flexibility

• Good PC skills and good German skills in speaking and writing
