Senior Medical Practice Assistant

Your tasks

As a senior MPA, you take on both organizational and professional responsibility and actively support our team in daily practice operations. Your versatile tasks include:

Organization and coordination of the daily practice workflow

Consultation organization, patient reception, and care

Telephone and personal patient contact

Appointment scheduling and administrative tasks

Carrying out various laboratory examinations, ECG, long-term ECG, and 24h blood pressure measurement

Carrying out digital X-ray examinations

Lung function tests (small spirometry)

Carrying out and monitoring infusion therapies

Consultation assistance during wound treatments and minor surgical procedures

Pharmacy and material management

Performance billing and invoice processing with our practice information system Vitomed, including electronic agenda and medical history

Leadership, coordination, and support of the MPA team

Creation and coordination of the work schedule

Holiday planning and coordination of absences

Contact person for organizational concerns of the MPA team

Supervision and support of our apprentices

Do you have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ and ideally have already gained initial experience in a leadership role? Have you already completed the vocational trainer course or are you willing to do so? Do you enjoy organizing and coordinating, taking on responsibility, and do you enjoy leading and supporting a team?

Do you work independently, structured, and responsibly, and do you maintain an overview even in a varied and sometimes hectic daily practice routine?
