Addiction Specialist (m/f/d)

• Co-design and further development of cantonal addiction assistance and addiction treatment based on legal requirements
• Professional advice to the Department of Health on addiction policy issues and providing specialist information
• Processing of parliamentary motions and preparation of decision-making bases
• Planning and implementation of projects
• Coordination of the intercantonal agreement for social institutions (IVSE)
• Administrative and financial management of the alcohol tenth and the gambling levy
• Negotiation of service agreements with addiction assistance institutions
• Master in social sciences, psychology, or health sciences
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of addiction assistance and addiction treatment
• Sound knowledge in project management
• Interest in health policy processes and in Public Health
• Confident and communicative appearance
• Stylistically proficient oral and written expression
• Foreign language skills (English, French) an advantage
• Independent and demanding activity in an exciting and political environment
