Deputy Head of Service (in the healthcare sector)

On behalf of our client, an established company in the healthcare sector in the Eastern Switzerland region, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality as Deputy Head of Service.

In this versatile role, you will support the management of the service area in day-to-day operations, assume leadership responsibility in their absence, and ensure a smooth workflow as well as first-class guest service together with the team.

You have completed training in gastronomy or hotel management, ideally bring initial leadership experience, and are characterized by organizational talent, a sense of responsibility, and a warm and polished host personality.
