Your tasks
Professional care and support of patients and residents
Support with daily personal hygiene, mobilization, and nutrition
Carrying out nursing and medical-technical activities within the scope of your competencies
Monitoring and documentation of vital signs
Administration of medication according to medical prescription and company guidelines
Observation and documentation of the state of health
Collaboration with registered nurses and other medical professionals
Accompanying and supporting relatives
Ensuring a high quality of care and support

Your profile
Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
Professional experience in acute or long-term care is an advantage
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
Enjoyment of interacting with people
Empathy and strong social competence
Ability to work in a team and resilience
Willingness to work early, late, and night shifts
Flexibility regarding working hours and assignment locations
