Deputy Head of Laboratory

Contribute

• Supporting the laboratory management in personnel and technical leadership
• Co-responsibility for quality management (creating and reviewing SOPs, monitoring and performing internal and external quality controls)
• Performing laboratory analyses in the fields of clinical chemistry, hematology, immunohematology, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, and puncture analysis as well as molecular biological pathogen detection
• Technical and medical validation of findings
• Assistance with internal training and further education of medical personnel

Requirements

• Completed training as a Biomedical Analyst HF or equivalent diploma (recognized by SRK)
• Several years of professional experience in a routine laboratory
• Experience and skill in personnel management very desirable
• Precise way of working, independent, flexible and resilient
• Willingness to work weekends and night shifts
• Enjoyment of administrative, organizational and leadership tasks
