Nursing Assistant SRK (m/f/d)

Our client is an established company in the field of Spitex and long-term care, operating in the Zurich region and offering its customers individual, needs-oriented care. Thanks to a dedicated, interprofessional team and an appreciative corporate culture, the quality of life of the persons being cared for is always at the center. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as a Nursing Assistant SRK, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Support with basic care and managing everyday life
• Taking over household activities such as shopping and cooking
• Cooperation with nursing professionals and the interprofessional team
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Accompanying daily activities to promote independence
• Observation and reporting of changes in the condition of the customers
• Orientation towards the individual needs and resources of the persons being cared for

Your profile

• Completed training as a Nursing Assistant SRK or willingness to do so
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Ideally experience in long-term care or Spitex
• Independent, reliable, and flexible way of working
• Empathic and respectful manner with customers
• Calm and composed nature even in difficult situations
• Own car available
• Ideally residing in the region
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
