Your tasks

• Overall responsibility RAI-NH
• Initiating the MDS observation phase and classifications
• Training on correct documentation and support with classifications
• Holistic care and nursing of the residents in the sense of the mission statement and the nursing process
• Carrying out treatment nursing activities
• Planning and accompanying doctor visits
• Documentation of nursing
• Taking on tasks as a reference person
• Management of the nursing process
• Leading case discussions

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care desirable
• RAI knowledge at Supervisor level
• Training and experience as a vocational trainer
• Wound management knowledge is an advantage
• Confident communication in the German language, both spoken and written
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
