Your mission ##

In collaboration with the care team, you ensure attentive support for the residents. The varied daily life and the competent and empathetic care of the residents are at the center of your activity. You assume personal responsibilities and act quickly and with discernment even in crisis situations.

Your profile ##

• Tertiary training (HF/FH)
• Preferably professional experience in long-term care
• Sensitivity and empathy towards the needs of elderly people
• Proven knowledge in RAI or BESA
• Familiarity with the Skill & Grade Mix
• Open personality with polite manners
