What you can achieve ###

In this versatile role, you will accompany and support our residents individually and in an orientation toward resources in everyday life. As a key person, you promote their self-determination and, together with the team, shape a varied residential and leisure routine. In doing so, you work appreciatively with relatives, legal representatives, and specialists. • Care, accompaniment, and individual support of the residents in everyday life
• Co-shaping of a varied residential and leisure routine
• Key person work
• Collaboration in departments and co-shaping of team and residential area topics
• Carrying out everyday tasks together with the residents, involving their resources
• Appreciative cooperation with relatives and legal representatives
• Assumption of organizational and administrative tasks
• Participation in team meetings, specialist discussions, and further training
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists

What you bring with you ###

• Degree as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ or comparable training
• Further training as a vocational trainer (Berufsbildner*in) is an advantage or the willingness to complete the course
• Experience in accompanying people with physical and multiple disabilities is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, flexibility, creativity, and humor
• Willingness to work irregular hours and on-call duties
• Resource-oriented, reflective, and reliable way of working
