Requirements ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (for qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Professional experience in psychiatry is required
• High social competence as well as strong communication and relationship skills
• Resilient, responsible and independent personality
• Flexibility and enjoyment of changing assignment locations and teams

Tasks ##

• Professional care and support of people with mental illnesses in different psychiatric facilities
• Participation in the planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care and support measures
• Supporting patients in promoting their independence as well as their personal resources
• Observation of the mental and somatic health status as well as careful documentation and passing on relevant information
• Active participation in daily nursing routines and close cooperation with the certified nursing staff
• Professional handling of challenging situations as well as participation in de-escalating and supportive interventions
• Close interprofessional cooperation with nursing specialists, doctors and other therapeutic professional groups
