Your mission ##

In collaboration with the nursing team, the Intercare specialist nurse and care experts, you ensure attentive support for residents in the psychogeriatric care unit. In interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and psychiatrists, you contribute to medical-nursing management. You autonomously take charge of the performance of medical acts (venous blood sampling, infusions and wound care).

Your profile ##

• Tertiary training HF, FH, DNII, AKP
• Professional experience in psychiatry desired
• Responsibility for the care process, care planning according to NANDA
• RAI knowledge desired
• Familiarity with the Skill & Grade Mix
• Open to interdisciplinary collaboration and good communication with all professional groups
